Once purchased, all products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Since mattresses and pillows are highly personal items, Sealy Posturepedic® holds the right to refuse unconditional returns.
A return will only be permitted if it falls under any of the following stipulations:
(1) Product is damaged or faulty during shipment, or;
(2) Product delivered is not what the client ordered.
Any of the stipulated cases must be verified and reported at the time of delivery.
